As an FMEA Moderator at Reutter Group in Slovakia, you will play a crucial role in the development and moderation of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D-FMEA) und die Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) during the project phase. You will lead FMEA teams, coordinate analysis procedures, and ensure that correct priorities are established. Working with modern CAQ software, you will process FMEA results and present them to management.

Key Responsibilies 

• Lead and coordinate the development of D-FMEA and P-FMEA during the pre-series project phase.
• Introduce and manage D-FMEA and P-FMEA development in CAQ software.
• Organize and moderate group sessions within FMEA teams.
• Guide teams in proper analysis procedures, ensuring accuracy in assessments and prioritization.
• Process and evaluate FMEA results, presenting findings to company management.
• Enhance FMEA awareness within the organization.
• Provide support to all plants within the Reutter Group in the engineering field.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health protection, and environmental regulations.
• Perform additional tasks and activities as assigned by supervisors in line with company goals and policies
