Beschreibung
Participates in solving operational problems on production related to the amount of waste, release of production, technical failures with professional advice and cooperation with process engineering, maintenance and engineering. Creation, optimization and control of the production process of assembly, testing, suppression, scanning and all other processes present in the assigned section at Reutter SK. Continuous improvement of production processes and the environment, including workplace ergonomics, designs, cooperates, partially represents the process engineer in his absence.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for continuous operation of production lines, machines
- Responsible for meeting
- Designing preventive and corrective measures to reduce downtime
- Support of maintenance workers in solving and removing operational malfunctions and repairs of machines.
- Cooperation with the quality and process department in reducing the amount of waste on the production lines.
- Active use of Lean, Smed, 7 Waste, 5S methods.
- Collaborates on work instructions and manuals for maintenance and production.
- Represents assembly in the solution team during daily problem solving.
- Participates in the selection of new equipment and projects for serial production.
- He actively participates in the planned change procedure meetings in RSK.
- Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement of assembly processes, maintenance processes and efficiency of machines and equipment.
DEIN PROFIL
- Secondary school / university technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering
- Work experience in a similar position, in the field of diagnostics and repairs of electrotechnical or mechanical production equipment, process engineer
- Knowledge of sensory, sensing and evaluation devices
- Knowledge in the field of pneumatics, mechanics and electricity
- Authorization of electrical engineering decree no. 508/2009 § 22 advantage
- PC skills (MS Office Excel, Word, Internet)
- Basic knowledge of English or German
