- Design and implement a new, scalable, and sustainable Quality & Process Management system
- Collaborate across departments and international sites to create, test, and establish new standards and processes
- Lead internal audits and support external certifications
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and system thinking
- Work closely with our production sites in Slovakia, Poland, Mexico, and India
DEIN PROFIL
- Education in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in quality or process management, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- A passion for system architecture, process design, and innovation
- Curiosity, openness to experimentation, and a hands-on mindset
- Excellent English skills and willingness to travel internationally (>50%)
