Description
Ensures the implementation of the entrusted customer’s requirements and specifics into internal processes, is the contact person for the customer in the area of quality
YOUR TASKS
- Communication with customers.
- Management of claims, complaints and customer comments.
- Organization and management of resolution meetings.
- Cooperation in processing customer requirements into the BOS system.
- Analysis of internal and external errors and proposal of corrective actions.
- Support and cooperation in data collection and data processing on production quality.
- Preparation of documentation for PPAP, VDA customer.
- Work on customer portals, sampling, retraining.
- Preparation and management of the pattern overview for the customer.
- Cooperation in the change procedure.
- Cooperation in the creation of audit plans.
- Performing process audits and audits according to customer requirements, accompanying auditors.
- Carrying out LPA audits according to the plan.
- Analyzing and minimizing the cost of poor quality.
- Cooperation on the preparation of training plans for improving qualifications.
- Cooperation in creating and amending control plans and PFMEA.
- Cooperation in the creation and approval of technical documentation.
YOUR PROFIL
- Secondary school / university education, technical field is an advantage
- Min. 2 years of work experience in the field of quality assurance in a manufacturing company, in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Experience with communication with customers and with customer audits
- Experience and knowledge of 8D report
- Basic knowledge of ISO IATF16949, ISO 14001, VDA 2, PPAP standards
- Knowledge of quality tools SPC, Ischikawa, 5Why’s, FTA etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PP, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of the English language (min. level B1), knowledge of the German language an advantage
